Our Team
Capt. Sanjeev Soni is a Master Mariner with a distinguished 40-year career in the maritime industry. His journey began in 1980 as a trainee cadet on the Indian Training Ship “Rajendra.” After 17 years at sea on merchant vessels, Sanjeev transitioned to a successful onshore career spanning over 25 years.
His shore-based experience includes senior management roles such as QHSSE Manager for a leading Japanese shipowner, Director of a start-up training business for an ST Engineering subsidiary, Asia Pacific Head of a business unit at DNV (the world’s foremost classification society), and Managing Director (Asia) for Ocean Technologies Group (the world’s largest maritime eLearning provider). Throughout his career, Sanjeev has consistently been responsible for key areas such as business development, sales, marketing, and business unit P&L. We are confident that his extensive experience and leadership will be invaluable to MLT.
Mr.Chinni Haranath, a highly experienced Mechanical & Marine Engineer holding an Extra First-Class Marine Engineer competency. Chinni brings an extensive maritime career spanning nearly 50 years to the table. During his time at sea, he served as a Chief Engineer for over six years on a diverse range of vessels, including container ships, product and crude tankers, chemical tankers, bulk carriers, and dry cargo carriers. For the majority of his shore-based career, Chinni has focused on the critical analysis of main engine performance.
His expertise lies in identifying and implementing methods to enhance performance, improve fuel efficiency, evaluate fuel analysis reports, and recommend strategies that lead to significant cost savings for vessel owners

Boron-CLS-Bond® “BCB” technology has been tested and evaluated by many of the world’s pre-eminent laboratories, including SGS laboratories which operate globally.
